One subscription to Kinvo. A small slice of member purchases.
Kinvo doesn't charge your members directly. Your community connects a Stripe account; member purchases land there, and Kinvo takes a percentage at checkout time.
The percentage is fixed for the lifetime of a customer's purchase: we snapshot the fee at checkout time, so future plan changes never retroactively re-bill old purchases.

AI credits
Every plan includes a real monthly AI budget.
One choke point: every AI call in Kinvo goes through aiService.complete(). That means your usage is auditable, your spend is predictable, and top-ups are clean.
Drafts and apply. The copilot writes channels, lessons, replies, and admin actions. Review the diff before anything lands.
Plan-gated models. Free and Build use a fast default; Scale and Elite unlock smarter models when you need them.
Top-ups, not surprises. When you run out, buy a clean credit pack from billing — Elite gets the best top-up discount.

Pricing FAQ
Common questions.
How does the platform fee actually work?
When a member buys an offer from your community, Stripe runs the charge on your connected account and routes Kinvo's percentage as an application fee. Your owner net is recorded at purchase time so historical numbers never drift if you change plans.
Can I run a free community?
Yes. Create a free join offer (or skip offers entirely on an open community). The pricing UI only shows paid members; the rest of the product works the same.
What happens to my members if I downgrade?
Existing members keep their access until the next billing cycle. Downgrade is soft: we surface what you'd lose (custom domain, AI credits, advanced features) and flag any over-limit state for review.
Are there hidden charges?
No. Your subscription, the platform fee on member purchases, and optional AI top-up packs. That's it. Stripe processing fees come from Stripe directly.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domain is included on every paid plan — Build, Scale, and Elite. Add the domain, point your DNS, and Kinvo handles the routing. The Free plan stays on a kinvo.io subdomain.
What counts as an AI credit?
We meter every AI call in real input/output tokens, converted to credits with a transparent multiplier. Drafting a channel proposal is roughly 0.3 credits; summarizing a long discussion is closer to 1.
Bring your community over.
Start on Free. Move to Build for a custom domain and real AI credits, Scale when monetization grows, and Elite for white-label and everything the platform can do.
